Chelsea OC is JUSA's Club soccer program.  Our goal is to provide players a fun, safe, competitive environment for youth soccer.  We strive to develop individual skills as well as team excellence.  Chelsea OC employs the highest qualified coaches available to allow each player the best opportunity to reach their full potential.   We are a unified and dynamic soccer organization that will continue to thrive and give back to the local community.

Chelsea OC plays in the SOCAL Soccer League, previously the SCSDL.  SOCAL offers multiple flights of play and pathways to PRE-NPL and NPL levels. 

• National Premier League (11v11)
• Pre - National Premier League (9v9,7v7)
• Flight 1 (11v11,9v9,7v7)
• Flight 2 (11v11, 9v9,7v7)
• Flight 3 (11v11,9v9,7v7)

As outlined by US Soccer, age formations will revert for the 2026-27.

School Year (Aug 1 - July 31) in lieu of the current Calendar Year.

This has created a somewhat chaotic situation for the 2026-27 season. Chelsea OC stands behind our coaches and many of our seasoned teams will remain intact with the current calendar year perimeters. For new teams and recruitment moving into 2026-27, Chelsea OC will follow the School Year formation dates.
