Spring League Information

REGISTRATION
- Registration is open until December 31, 2023.
- Teams must use this form to register.

- NO CLUB LEVEL TEAMS.  Registration is open only to Cal South SELECT level teams and Recreational teams!- Spring season player cards issued by your league will be required for games.  No Fall cards will be accepted.

SCHEDULE / CALENDAR
- January 10th - Teams Finalized
- February 13th - Field Allocations are due
- February 28th - Game Schedule Released
- March 1st - Payments are due
- March 5th - Team Rosters due
- March 9th - Games begin (9 games total)
- March 30 and 31 - No Games - Easter Weekend
- May 18 - End of season
- NO PLAYOFFS! 
 

TEAM ROSTER SIZE:
- 4v4 - Minimum 5 players, 8 players maximum
- 7v7 - Minimum 7 players, 11 players maximum
- 9v9 - Minimum 8 players, 13 players maximum
- 11v11 - Minimum 10 players, 18 players maximum

ROSTERS:
- All team rosters must be finalized and distributed to JUSA by March 5th
- Rosters may be distributed to referees prior to games to be used at team check-in on game days

TEAM PRICING
- 4v4 play:   $375 / team
- 7v7 play:   $475 / team
- 9v9 play:   $625 / team
- 11v11 play:  $725 / team
* payment is due by March 1, 2024

FORFEIT BOND
A one-time $150 bond per club is required before the start of the season to pay referees when a team forfeits.  The unused portion of the bond will be returned to the organization at the end of the season
NOTE:  this bond is for leagues only.  Individual teams are not required to pay the bond fee.

PLAYING RULES
to be distributed to teams on a later date...we do not anticipate any on-field rule changes from Spring 2024.
