With a strong and large network of youth soccer players, JUSA manages each program's needs individually to make it successful.

JUSA's Main Board creates general policies for our soccer programs.   Each of the three cities has an Area Board which handles the actual work of running the program, including registering players, forming teams, setting up practice and game fields, etc.  The Chelsea SC Club, Signature, and TOPSoccer Leagues have their own boards to ensure the special nature of their programs are managed well.

If you need help in your area, it is the most effective to begin with the person that has most direct contact with the situation.  i.e. a representative of the league you participate in.  The Area Director will be able to answer most questions.  If all else fails, someone on the Main Board may not be able to provide an answer, but will probably be able to find the person who can.
